1.1    FANØLINJEN is owned and operated by Molslinjen A/S, Færgevej 7A, 8000 Aarhus C, CVR. 17 88 12 48. Any agreement with FANØLINJEN is thus concluded with Molslinjen A/S as counterparty.

1.2    A FANØLINJEN Bizz agreement is an agreement between FANØLINJEN and a customer for the transfer of a vehicle at special prices within the terms described in section 3.1

2.1    A new agreement for FANØLINJEN Bizz is concluded online on FANØLINJEN's website. The basis of the agreement is these terms and an online agreement and current price list for FANØLINJEN Bizz. Current terms and price list can be downloaded from FANØLINJEN's website.

2.2    When entering into the agreement, the customer chooses to register the number of an existing BroBizz from FANØLINJEN's bizz issuer BroBizz A/S that they wish to use or order a BroBizz from BroBizz A/S at www.brobizz.com against payment of a deposit and subsequently register their BroBizz on the agreement with FANØLINJEN at www.fanølinjen.dk

2.3    When entering into the agreement, the customer consents to FANØLINJEN and BroBizz A/S exchanging information as described below

• Invoicing and payment when using BroBizz in connection with travel with FANØLINJEN takes place via BroBizz A/S in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by BroBizz A/S
• FANØLINJEN automatically receives information from BroBizz A/S about the customer, including name, address, telephone, mobile and email address
• FANØLINJEN exchanges updated information with BroBizz A/S unless you replace your BroBizz
• Have you received a new BroBizz agreement, you simply log in to your agreement and change your information so that the correct BroBizz number is registered
• FANØLINJEN passes on all necessary information to BroBizz A/S about the customer for correct billing of the customer for trips with FANØLINJEN.

2.4    The customer receives confirmation with the agreement number and password by email immediately after online registration. The agreement is valid when the customer receives confirmation from FANØLINJEN and is physically in possession of the BroBizz registered on the agreement.

2.5  When entering into the agreement, the customer must be aware of the following:

• Landowner: The customer must send the latest BBR/Contribution statement, which must be no more than 1 year old. It must contain the full name and address of the owner.
• For Permanent Residents: The customer must send a copy of the contract with the campsite, which must be from the current season.
• For Island commuters: The customer must send the latest certificate of residence, which must be no more than 6 months old.

3.1    Terms of use of the agreement:

FANØLINJEN Bizz Standard applies to the transfer of a passenger car of your choice (total weight 3,500 kg, length max. 6 m) including 9 persons.

FANØLINJEN Bizz Business applies to the transfer of a passenger car of your choice (total weight 3,500 kg, length max. 6 m) including 9 persons. FANØLINJEN Bizz Business guarantees a space from Esbjerg for a passenger car on the ferry under normal traffic conditions when checking in no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. However, this space guarantee lapses if a trailer is purchased.

FANØLINJEN Bizz MC applies to a motorcycle of your choice including 2 persons. The agreement cannot be used when traveling with a sidecar/trailer.

FANØLINJEN Bizz Landowner applies to the transfer of a passenger car of your choice without a trailer person/persons on the Contribution Statement or the BBR notification. (total weight 3,500 kg, length max. 6 m) incl. 9 persons. Documentation is required in the form of a copy of the latest Contribution Statement max. 1 year old, or BBR notification with full name and address. Use of the agreement is reserved for the person(s) registered on the Contribution Statement or BBR notification.

FANØLINJEN Bizz Permanent resident applies to the transfer of a passenger car of your choice without a trailer. As a Permanent resident on Fanø, you must upload a contract or a receipt from the campsite that contains your name and address. The receipt from the campsite must be valid for the current season.

FANØLINJEN Bizz Ø-commuter for permanent residents on Fanø applies to the transfer of the passenger car registered on the agreement without a trailer (total weight 3,500 kg, length max. 6 m) incl. 9 persons or the MC registered on the agreement with or without a sidecar and trailer incl. 2 persons. Please note that this agreement cannot be used by cars with yellow license plates. Documentation is required in the form of the latest certificate of residence, max. 6 months old from Fanø Municipality and a copy of the vehicle registration certificate. The agreement belongs to the vehicle registered on the agreement. The agreement will only be approved if the name on the car's registration certificate and the certificate of residence match. The registration certificate must be presented at ticket inspection. The island sticker is collected at Esbjerg Port in the operations center when the agreement is concluded, and must be affixed to the windshield. If the agreement is concluded for MC, the island sticker must also be collected at Esbjerg Port in the operations center. This island sticker is affixed to your BroBizz. The island sticker guarantees a seat for the first 8 island commuters on each departure. If a new car is purchased, a new island sticker is collected at Esbjerg Port in the operations center. Documentation is required when collecting island stickers in the form of a copy of the residence certificate from Fanø Municipality and a copy of the registration certificate.

FANØLINJEN Bizz Business applies to the transfer of a car, length up to 6 meters or over 6 meters, total weight max. 3,500 kg, including driver. The car must be registered in the CVR/SE number exclusively for freight transport or combined private/business freight transport. Cars with white plates cannot use this agreement. The registration certificate must be uploaded when creating an agreement, and presented at ticket inspection. It is possible to purchase a ticket for more people in the car. The agreement/BroBizz cannot be used when bringing a trailer/caravan.

FANØLINJEN Bizz Standard Business applies to the transfer of a passenger car of your choice (total weight 3,500 kg, length max. 6 m) including 9 people. The agreement/BroBizz cannot be used when bringing a trailer/caravan.

3.2 Bizz can only be used for 1 vehicle per departure. The customer must mount the bizz inside the windshield of the car. The bizz must be placed at the top in the middle. If the customer does not want to drive with the bizz in the windshield all the time, it must be mounted before entering the port area. If the bizz is not brought with him, or the BroBizz agreement with BroBizz A/S is not active, the FANØLINJEN Bizz agreement cannot be used. The customer must purchase a standard ticket and is not subsequently entitled to a refund.

3.3 The price for the transfer is determined based on the price list applicable at any time on the departure date, and is charged together with the first trip of the current period.

3.4 Invoicing and payment for trips with BroBizz takes place after check-in via BroBizz A/S.

3.5 The customer accepts that FANØLINJEN can photograph the vehicle at check-in.

3.6 Ticket inspection: Ticket inspection is carried out on the company's ferries. If the customer cannot present a valid travel document and identification when required by the terms and conditions, or if the terms and conditions of use of the agreement have not been followed, a check fee of DKK 750.00 will be charged. The check fee must be paid together with a new valid ticket.

4.1    The information provided by the customer, as well as the information that FANØLINJEN receives from BroBizz A/S, is used for the administration of the FANØLINJEN Bizz product. The information can also be used for targeting information and offers.

4.2    FANØLINJEN reserves the right to send general information to the customer by regular mail, email or text message, including traffic information from FANØLINJEN.

4.3    FANØLINJEN will, if the customer has given consent to this, send electronic newsletters and promotional emails to the customer by email and via social media. Electronic newsletters and promotional emails include both marketing of products sold by FANØLINJEN and marketing of products from BroBizz A/S.

4.4    You have the right to access the personal information that FANØLINJEN processes about you. You also have the right to object to the processing and to request that incorrect or misleading information be deleted or corrected. Inquiries can be made via persondata@molslinjen.dk.

5.1    The customer may terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect. Termination must be in writing. Termination does not entitle the customer to a proportional refund of the annual fee and/or a refund of unused prepaid trips via BroBizz A/S.

5.2    If the customer revokes the consent in point 2.3, this constitutes termination of the agreement with immediate effect.

5.3    The term of the agreement and any terms for renewal are set out in the concluded agreement contract, as these vary depending on the type of agreement.

5.4    The agreement terminates immediately if the customer misuses or attempts to misuse the agreement.

5.5    The agreement is non-transferable to the customer.

6.1 FANØLINJEN may change the terms of the agreement with one month's notice. If the customer does not terminate the agreement within this month, this is considered acceptance of the new terms of the agreement. Notification can be made by regular mail, email and SMS.
