Smart and easy renewal of travel passes, annual travel passes and monthly travel passes

Do you often travel with FANØLINJEN on a travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass? Cannot bear the hassle of remembering to renew your pass? You can now add automatic renewal to your travel pass or monthly travel pass!

If you choose automatic renewal, your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass is automatically topped up and extended when the last trip has been used or the pass has expired. You no longer have to remember how many trips you have left or when you need to renew your pass. Brilliant, right?

Automatic renewal is connected via our own payment solution PayZapp. If you have set up PayZapp as your payment solution, you can quickly and easily add automatic renewal to your travel pass and monthly travel pass if they are linked to your PayZapp agreement. All payments will then be made automatically via the PayZapp agreement, and the travel pass and monthly travel pass will be automatically topped up when your trips are used up or the pass has expired.

How to set up automatic renewal

Create a profile or log in to your current profile
Add or create a new travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass on your profile page. Do not forget that payments must be made via PayZapp as the payment solution, which you can set up at the same time.
When purchasing a travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass, select 'automatic renewal' before payment. For existing travel passes, annual travel passes or monthly travel passes, select the pass under "travel frequently" and then select "top up automatically" under automatic renewal.
You will now receive an email confirming the addition of automatic renewal.

: Automatic renewal means that your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass is automatically topped up when you have either used up all your trips on your travel pass or your annual/monthly travel pass has expired. You do not have to worry about topping up or renewing your pass. You will always be ready to travel with FANØLINJEN in no time. Brilliant, right?

: You can set up automatic renewal both via our website or in our app.
Simply have a profile and set up PayZapp as your payment solution to add automatic renewal to your travel pass.

: No. You need to set up PayZapp for automatic renewal as the payment will be made through your PayZapp agreement and the payment card added to PayZapp.

: Your travel pass, annual travel pass and monthly travel pass will be automatically topped up when you have either used up all your trips or the pass has expired.

When your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass has been automatically topped up, you will be notified by email. If the pass is not automatically topped up due to an error or expired payment card in your PayZapp agreement, you will also be notified by email.

You can always see your current agreement for your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass linked to automatic renewal under "travel frequently" on your profile here.

: If you no longer need your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass, you can easily and quickly deactivate automatic renewal so that the card will no longer be automatically topped up. Simply log into your profile, select the pass and click on "deactivate" under automatic renewal.

Do not forget to deactivate automatic renewal not later than 24 hours before you use your last trip or your last trip expires.

: If you already have a travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass and would like to add automatic renewal, first set up a PayZapp agreement as your payment solution. You can create a PayZapp agreement by creating a profile with FANØLINJEN here.

You can then add your existing travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass to the profile. Do this under 'travel frequently' where you click on 'add existing travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass'.

: If the price of your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass changes, you will be notified at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. If you no longer wish to have your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass automatically renewed due to the price change, you can easily change your renewal agreement under your travel pass, annual travel pass or monthly travel pass here.
