Changing a ticket
Changed travel plans? No problem!
If your plans change, all tickets for FANØLINJEN can quickly and easily be changed on the website.
Both Flex and Standard tickets are fully flexible on the actual day. So if you arrive at the ferry terminal a little earlier than planned or if you decide to leave home later, you can easily get on board the ferry on the same day for which the ticket is valid.
If you would rather travel on a completely different day, you can easily change to a different day online. A DKK 35 change fee applies to Flex tickets while there is no fee for Standard tickets. If there is a price difference between the new and old ticket, the difference will be paid in connection with your change.
Note that a ticket must be changed before the original departure time and can only be changed to another departure on the same route and direction within the validity period. Changing return tickets so that both trips depart from the same port is not possible.

HOW TO:
- Log in with your reservation and phone number
- Select a new departure
- Get a price for your new ticket
- Confirm the change and pay any price difference between the new and old tickets.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR TICKET:
- Log in with your reservation and phone number
- If your ticket is refundable, use the "Refund" button
- If you have a non-refundable ticket, a refund of any additional purchases only is possible. Note that the entire ticket will be cancelled.
- Not all tickets are refundable via our automatic refunds. If something is not right, please contact our customer service.
