When you set up PayZapp as a payment solution, you can link your car's license plate to a specific payment card. This means that you can simply show up at the port when you want to sail. Your license plate will then be scanned, and the payment will be processed easily and simply via your PayZapp. If you have a commuter agreement, you can also use PayZapp as a payment solution for this.

It costs nothing to set up PayZapp as a payment solution, and you can add multiple cars to the same PayZapp agreement. This way, you can collect all your travel activity in one place.

How to create PayZapp

To use PayZapp as a payment solution, you must do the following:

Create a profile with SAMSØLINJEN here before you can set up PayZapp.
Select payment methods in the menu on the left under your profile and create PayZapp.
Enter your car's license plate (you can add multiple license plates to the same PayZapp later).
Fill in your payment card information (no money will be deducted before you travel).
Your PayZapp agreement has been created, and you are now ready to drive directly to the port and pay with your license plate! PayZapp works immediately after creation.

If you want to use PayZapp to pay for your commuter agreement, you can follow these steps on the website or via our app:

Select the desired commuter product on the website or in the app.
Then choose whether the agreement should be created with Bizz or PayZapp as the payment solution.
If you choose PayZapp, you can now create a new PayZapp or select an existing one if you have already created one.

Regardless of whether you create your PayZapp on the website or via our app, you can access it from both platforms in the future.

: Yes, absolutely! You can actually add as many as you need.

You can also create multiple PayZapp agreements for the same profile, for example if you are a company that would like to split the travel activity for different departments into their own PayZapp agreements.

: When you arrive at the port, go to check-in and select "Pay with PayZapp". Here we scan your car's license plate, and if the car is connected to PayZapp as a payment solution, the money will be automatically deducted from the payment card that is connected to the PayZapp agreement.

During your PayZapp agreement, you can collect your receipt from your trip.

You can use a common profile where you can create one or more PayZapp agreements on the same profile. And you can view and download receipts for all travel activity. In other words - you can collect all travel activity in one place, and do not need multiple physical Bizzs or to create a separate license plate payment per vehicle.
